Field Aviation designs, modifies and certifies aircraft for specialized roles across the globe. Our expertise is the missionization of commercial platforms for search and rescue, intelligence, surveillance and interdiction roles for both government and civilian customers.

Through Field Aviation, we also provide engineering expertise spanning aircraft operations and avionics, test planning and execution, test instrumentation design and configuration, electrical and system design, as well as structural design and modification.

Field Aviation will initially focus its service and support on AMETEK products installed in the DHC-7 and DHC-8 100/200/300 series plus the Beechcraft 1900 series. In addition to servicing AMETEK products at its Toronto Pearson airport facility, Field Aviation will develop an exchange program and loaner pool for those AMETEK products covered by the service centre agreement.

This exclusive appointment will further broaden Field's already extensive scope of services in the avionics and instrumentation support business. It will also provide AMETEK users in Canada access to a fully authorized and factory-approved service centre for AMETEK's full line of power and data system products used in aviation applications.
